Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- Here at Wax On Wax Off Skin Lounge LLC, We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled atleast 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable fee. This fee cannot be applied to future appointments.
Scheduled Appointments- Here at Wax On Wax Off Skin Lounge LLC. We highly respect our clients time and we kindly ask that our clients respect ours as well. We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep the other clients and esthetician on time. If you expect to be ten (10) minutes or more past your scheduled appointment, we will have to reschedule/cancel your appointment, resulting in a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable cancellation fee. This fee cannot be applied to future appointments.
Wax On Wax Off Skin Lounge LLC. highly respects the time of our clients and we kindly ask that our clients respect our time as well. We believe communication is key and we will always try to find a way to accommodate our clients. Failing to communicate with us and failing to show for your reserved appointment time will result in a seventy-five percent (75%) non-refundable fee. In addition you will not be allowed to book with us again in the future.
Due to Covid-19, and our treatment room’s limited space no kids, friends or partners can be allowed at your appointment; we can only allow two people in the room which would be the esthetician and yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, (certain exclusion apply such as registered service animals, or caregivers.) Safety is our number one priority here at Wax On Wax Off Skin Lounge LLC. We hope that our clients understand. Thank you for your business!
